The event is a continuation of a series of conferences entitled. "Smart City" organized by ZGM TBS Sp. z o.o. in Częstochowa in cooperation with the Częstochowa University of Technology. It is one of the initiatives undertaken as part of the social innovation incubator.
Forum'24 aims to emphasize the growing role of women in social life and the economic environment, as well as in private life.
The aim of the "Science 2 Business" conference is to exchange views, present the latest scientific research results and discussions centered around current challenges in women's professional and private lives, especially those concerning the green deal and the return of women to the labor market.
In addition, a Health Town will be organized at the Faculty of Management of the Częstochowa University of Technology, with educational stands created by Częstochowa organizations promoting cancer prevention and a healthy lifestyle.
The Forum will include meetings, interpersonal workshops, panel discussions and lectures. Creating workplaces that are friendly to different groups of employees, without prejudice and discrimination based on age, gender, disability or sexual orientation is often a challenge for modern companies. Every effort should be made to make this possible. Will the results of such measures translate into tangible business successes? What are the best practices in this area?

Everyone can use a language of domination, criticism and judgment or a language based on respect and empathy when interacting with each other and others. These communication styles have been symbolically named by Marshall B. Rosenberg, the creator of Nonviolent Agreement (PBP), the language of the jackal and the language of the giraffe.
The principles of PBP are used in a variety of settings: for example, in families, schools, organizations, corporations, prisons, mediation centers, crisis and war-affected areas around the world, where they promote dialogue between conflicting parties, assist in negotiations and facilitate mediation.
Participants in the workshop will learn the basic principles of PBP and acquire the ability to build messages based on giraffe language. Such communication creates an opportunity to establish authentic contact with the other person and allows the needs of both sides to be met.

The educational workshop conducted for students and adult women (on the day of their holiday) aims to illustrate modern behavior of women in particular in everyday life. Women struggling with many household duties, children and professional work must find time for themselves according to the principle of happy woman - happy family. The workshop will show ways to face the current situation and opportunities to realize themselves and achieve satisfaction in their professional and private lives. During the workshop there will be a test that will allow participants to check their -life balance and take the first step to positive change.
